Lisa Mullaney

Lisa Mullaney is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher who has been providing outcome-based care in therapeutic massage and movement for over 22 years. She is a gifted healer and a dynamic educator whose decades of experience are woven together by her passion for serving and leading from the heart.

Working in clinics, spas, classrooms, residential, and corporate settings, Lisa has crafted a successful practice with an emphasis on helping clients recover strength, flexibility, balance, ease of movement, and trust in their own bodies following injuries, surgeries, and periods of chronic pain, illness, inactivity, or other physical stressors. 

The therapeutic approaches she chooses for each individual session are a combination of innovative techniques grounded in her mastery of Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Structural Integration.

A student of yoga and the healing arts since 1995, Lisa pursued education in diverse areas of her field, including various approaches to massage, bodywork, and herbal and energetic healing systems. She also earned certifications that expanded her practice into a variety of related services, including Integral Wellness Coaching, Labor and Postpartum Doula Support, and Yoga Instruction for children and adults. 

Lisa began instructing massage therapists in 2007, where she discovered a love of teaching that would carry her into her the second half of her professional journey. Over the next dozen years she became an experienced teacher of both children and adults, and has served both administratively and as a guest instructor in teacher preparation programs as well.  

She holds a Master of Arts in Education from Mount Mary University, and is currently using her expertise to design curriculum for professional development courses.
